General

E-Valet is an on-demand storage service provided by Extra Space Asia. E-Valet allows you to arrange for the pick-up, storage and retrieval of your items with a few clicks of a mouse, from the comfort of your couch.
After you have signed up, we will deliver our industrial-grade plastic boxes to you. When you are done packing your items, we will pick them up and store them in our storage facility. When you need your items back, you can simply schedule through our website, for them to be delivered back to you.
Extra Space Asia has been in the storage industry for over 9 years and operates a portfolio of 29 facilities in 5 countries. E-Valet, is committed to bringing you the same level of professionalism and reliability that is provided to all Extra Space Asia customers.We have a user-friendly customer interface on our website that allows customers to schedule a pick-up and delivery of their items, as well as to manage their storage inventory.

Ordering

Go online to www.e-valet.sg. Choose “Order Now” and follow the prompts to set up an account.
We will collect and deliver your boxes island wide.
The boxes measure 60cm x 40cm x 30cm and have a packed weight of 20 kg. 
A minimum of 5 boxes are required per order.
You can schedule the delivery at a convenient time for you, and it can be as soon as the next working day, subject to availability.
Simply log into our website and schedule for the boxes for redelivery.
You may store almost anything. e.g. clothes, books, collectibles, old photo albums, as long as they fit into the boxes. Companies can choose to store documents and old files as we have a hassle free retrieval system.
Anything flammable, breakable, perishable, items with odour and items of high value or of an irreplaceable nature.
You can take up to 7 days to pack your items. Our driver is able to wait for 20 mins if you want the boxes to be put into storage immediately.

Security

We store your boxes in a secure facility with 24 hour CCTV surveillance, security guards and a state of the art security system.
We are able to allow customers to view the storage facility by prior appointment. We are however unable to allow customers to collect their items directly from the storage facility. Feel free to call us if you have a unique situation and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
The boxes are secured by a strong seal to ensure the contents remains safe. We encourage customers to place their signature on the seals provided to ensure that they have not been tampered with.

Payment

Initial payment will be made online by a credit / debit card. Subsequent payments will be automatically deducted from your credit / debit card.
The pickup of your boxes are always free. Subsequent scheduled retrievals are charged at $20 per trip + $2 per box unless stated otherwise. Please ensure that you or a representative is present during the delivery or collection of your boxes, or you will be charged a penalty of S50.00 for any failed attempt. 
We know emergencies and unexpected events happen. If you know in advance that you may be late in making the payment, please let us know so that we can work with you. Fees may be incurred as a result of late or missed payments. In extreme cases, we may not return your belongings until your account balance is settled.
